Weekdays:

Monday through Thursday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM   |   Fridays:  7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Chardon Residents/Businesses $75 PLUS a $200 refundable deposit
Non-Residents/Businesses $125 PLUS a $200 refundable deposit

Weekends:  
Friday:  3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Chardon Residents/Businesses $150 PLUS  a $200 refundable deposit
Non-Residents/Businesses $250 PLUS a $200 refundable deposit
 
Additional hours beyond 6 = $25/hour
 
Holidays during the week are charged at the weekend rate.

Security Deposit 
Events with alcohol: $500 + hiring of Police Officer ($40/hr and MUST call the police dept. to set up at: 440-286-6123.)
 
 Events without alcohol: $200
 
*All mail-in reservations must have both the rental fee AND security deposit at the time of submission. 
Example: Weekend-resident rate: $150 rental fee + $200 (non alcohol fee) = $350 TOTAL to be mailed in. 
 
NEW! Beginning July 1, 2023, you will be receiving a numerical code. That numerical code will be used for the key box. That key box, will still be located inside the lobby at the police station. (Where you would have normally gone to pick up the key.) The code and the key, will only be good for the time of your reservation. Once you enter your numerical code on the keypad, a key slot will light up in a highlighted color; and you will remove the key and head over to the Heritage House. Once your reservation time is up, you will return the key, to the key box, inside the police station lobby. (Just put the key back into the same slot you pulled it out of.)

Non-Profits may only use the Heritage House for meetings twice per month; during the week only (excluding Friday evenings after 3pm) for free. Weekends will be at resident cost for businesses in the City. 
 
There are NO HOLDS. Reservation is made at the time of payment. 
 
To receive a full refund if canceling, the cancellation must be done 30 days BEFORE the reservation.
 
All check/credit card/cash payments must match the name of the person on the reservation form. 
 
***Are you a city resident? Chardon City residents 1) pay a water/sewer bill monthly; 2) pay a city tax and 3) usually have only a 3 digit house address. (Non-residents live in: Chardon Twp, Munson, Hambden, Claridon etc.)
