Brush Collection - Collection is the FIRST Monday of the month between May- October. The length is no longer than 4ft. and NOT bundled.
Trash Day - Residents (excluding businesses & private streets) can put out items to be collected. Pick up begins at 6 a.m. NO: tires, household garbage - food, dead animals, hazardous waste, paints/solvents, propane/gas tanks, car parts/engines/batteries, dirt, rocks, sod, concrete, bricks, blocks, yard waste, brush, ashes, anything over 5' long/3' wide/3' high and weighing over 100 pounds. Glass, windows, mirrors must be taped and less than 3'x'4, mattresses and cloth furniture must be wrapped in plastic, carpet to be cut rolled and bundled in 36", NO LOOSE ITEMS.
Scrap Tire Collection - Residents can drop off old tires at the Municipal Service Garage (499 N. Hambden). Collection is usually the 4th Saturday of June on EVEN years.
Leaf Pick Up - Leaf pick up will be in the fall until December 1st.

Sidewalk Snow Plowing - The Street Dept. will plow City sidewalks. Please refer to 'Snow Removal FAQs' for commonly asked questions. 

Tree Lawn Tree Care - The City will trim or remove/replace dead tree lawn trees.

Water & Sewer Diagnostics - The Water & Sewer Dept. will determine where leaks are if your water bill is high and attend to backed up sewer lines. (Private Associations maintain certain issues.)
