The City Manager is appointed by Council by a minimum of 5 votes and his tenure is indefinite. He is the chief executive officer and head of the administrative agencies of the City of Chardon. He is responsible to Council for the proper administration of all affairs of the Municipality within the scope of his powers and duties and for the enforcement of all laws and ordinances.
